Can it work with Microsoft 365?
Yes. Microsoft 365 is a standard connector, alongside SharePoint, Confluence and approved document sources.
Can it use our own Azure OpenAI?
Each deployment is dedicated and configured per client. We agree model and hosting options during discovery, including using your own Azure environment.
Where is data stored?
Your deployment is dedicated to your organisation. We agree the hosting arrangement with you during discovery, to fit your security and compliance requirements.
Does it train public models?
No. Your company knowledge stays inside your dedicated deployment. It is not used to train public models.
How long does deployment take?
It depends on your data sources, integrations and security requirements. You get an implementation plan at the discovery stage, before any commitment.
Can it integrate with CRM?
CRM, ERP and custom workflow integrations are supported and scoped separately, on top of the standard document connectors.
Can it answer only approved information?
