Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Knowledge of full cycle recruitment process
  • Understanding of software development process, technologies, and methodologies
  • The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
  • High level of interpersonal, negotiation, sourcing and interviewing skills;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Knowledge of English at the level of Intermediate;
  • Strong written and communications skills;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook;
  • Well organized and ability to multi-task;
  • Strong attention to detail;

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain full recruiting life cycle/end-to-end recruiting
  • Compose, monitor and maintain job postings on various job boards
  • Develop research strategies
  • Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent
  • Search and headhunt candidates (passive & active job seekers)
  • Active search for candidates through the personal network, job sites & online communities
  • Daily Linkedin/skype/e-mail communication with potential candidates and our customers
  • Build a good network and database of potential candidates
  • Supporting candidates through all stages of the hiring process, including actual adequate feedback
  • Screen CVs, conduct interviews, give feedbacks to candidates
  • Participation in marketing activities for recruitment
